The rooftop bar includes a split level with great atmosphere. There is music at the right volume. I received a free beer voucher for my first drink. Showers have good water pressure and temperature.

i appreciated the attentive service throughout my stay. the staff readily assisted with luggage and check-in. haley, gem, and taylor helped arrange travel to my next destination. they ensured my experience at the hotel was comfortable.
the hotel location is quite central which sometimes resulted in noticeable street noise.

The staff was always willing to help me with my luggage.
The pool was smaller than I anticipated. Breakfast service was slow. I had to ask multiple times for coffee. My room faced an interior courtyard and the view was not very good. the gym equipment looked old and wasn't well-kept.

The staffs are amazing and are all attentive. Huan welcomed me as I exited my taxi and gave me a lesson on how to cross the road.
The pool doesnt matches the pictures, it is small. The complimentary water bottles are also small for a 5-star hotel. I expected larger bottles.
